This nougat is an exclusive recipe created by Flamigni.
Proportion of dried fruit and paste made by sugar, honey and egg white are inverted obtaining a product which is less sweet, more easy to bite and dominated by dried fruit scent.
Although it was invented decades ago, it is still the kind of nougat more in line with contemporary taste.
