Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Truffle" flavored
Cooking: avoid adding the truffle-flavoured olive oil at the start of the cooking process, otherwise the truffle aroma will be entirely lost. We suggest you add it half-way through the cooking or at the end, depending on how strong you want the truffle flavour to be.
Ideas and variations
Truffle oil can be used in many different ways: on bruschetta, for seasoning pasta, for cooking eggs, for giving a particular flavor to risotto, soups, salads, pizzas or, again, for flavoring a second of meat.
Storing: before opening store in a dry and cool place, refrigerate after opening.
