Our premium blend has a yellow color with green shades and a delicate taste and smell of olives. Suitable to delicately season fish or vegetable dishes without covering their flavor. It can also be used for baking, grilling, on salads, for making sauces or blending into a vinaigrette or marinade. Ideal for pan coating, crispy frying and non-stick sautéing. The addition of extra virgin olive oil makes this blend more stable, resistant to high temperatures, so it can be used for frying as well.
