HOW DOES THE PROCESS OF ORDERING WORKS?
At dubaifoodmarket.com we have adopted a simple ordering process to facilitate a convenient experience to our clients. Once you enter the online order page, you will be able to display the list of items. Once you select the items you want identifying the quantity, you will be able to review the summary of the order for confirmation. Once you confirm the items, your delivery information will be required. Once the delivery information is entered specifying the schedule of the delivery, a confirmation email will be received and your order will be delivered to you on time as per the schedule.
HOW DO I PAY?
Payment will be cash on delivery at your door step.
HOW ARE ORDERS DELIVERED?
Orders are delivered through ambient or reefer vans, according to the type of product and the relevant transportation temperature to achieve maximum products viability and freshness.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Orders will be delivered according to the scheduled time which is within 2 to 4 working days from your order confirmed by us.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
Any scheduled order above 300 AED in Dubai city area and 500 AED in the other cities of Sharjah, Umm Al Quain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi will be delivered for Free.
Any orders below 300 AED for Dubai area are subjected to 25 AED delivery charges.
Express delivery orders are subjected to 50 AED delivery charges for Dubai and for the other cities of United Arab Emirates AED 200 upon order confirmation by DUBAI FOOD MARKET.
Please note that remote areas on United Arab Emirates may be not reacheable by our fleet so we reserve the right to cancel the order or to find alternative solutions.
There is Handling Fees of 5 AED changed once per order but not for each individual order that covers the costs of the fullfillment such as the warehouce costs and packing cost.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS I NO LONGER REQUIRE THEM?
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, due also to the nature of the products, the life span and hygiene issues. Only products received damaged and with proof of photographic documentation will be returned or exchanged.
The communication for return or exchange should be made within 24 hours from the receival of goods.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO GET MY ORDER?
Not necessarily but someone else above 18 years of age should be receiving the goods.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
An order can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours prior of delivery for scheduled deliveries, and within 1 hour for the express deliveries.
IS THERE A FEE IF I CANCEL AN ORDER?
However, if the cancellation for an order is received after the time allowed, the company reserve the right to suspend all future deliveries in the future.
